It’s a no for me
Stayed because it was closer to my daughter place. There was a little banging here there, but went away. Nobody bothered us. But the room had a smell to it. The bed underneath the comforter was still dirty. Good thing we bought our own blankets and pillows. Lady at the front counter wasn’t rude, but wasn’t really Show hospitality. Well, I stay here again no, not at all. There was some stains on the wall as well. There was a hole from opening the door, but they had it covered with black tape. There was no extra lock for the door. The cooler look like it was gonna come off the wall. There was a bad odor we didn’t know where it was coming from. Needs to be updated for sure on everything.

The room was not as advertised at all. Had a full bed instead of a queen, the AC unit had no knobs on it to adjust and it was unplugged. I had to plug it in to turn on and then no adjustments were possible. No screen on the window. Homeless looking man just hanging out in the parking lot. There was a very small TV but no cable hooked up even though there was a cable box. I tried to call the front desk but, surprise! the room phone didn't work either. We could not leave fast enough.

Bed was great, room was big and clean, bathroom big and clean. Air Conditioning didn't work, desk chair was broken, bed lamp and desk lamp broken, coffee supplied with no coffee maker. Went to soothe sore muscles after a peak hike and the Hot tub was broken.

All amenities are broke or gone.
The staff was great. None of this is their fault. Could not find a room with working AC. There was several parties checking in at the same time. 2 of us were in the lobby trying to get another room because of this and another was on the phone. We were giving a box fan. Hot tub was still closed At this point. I feel like it’s deceptive to advertise a hot tub and ac. I travel for work and I am in about 70 different hotels over 200 nights a year. Roughly. The point of this is I have never seen ACs this old in a room. The knobs were removed with no wires going into the units. But there was newer wall controls. How they controlled them I have no idea. None of the ones we tried controlled anything on the unit. Strict signage about were you can eat breakfast but it’s only stale pastries and coffee. Which is pretty normal breakfast. But most places offering that don’t care if you leave with it or go up to your room with it.

I read the previous reviews and was skeptical of making the reservation. The pricewasright for 2 nights, however on checking in the 1st room weweregiven was not cleaned. 2nd room, theA/C did not work. The 3rd room was a handicapped room and was fine. Very big. However, when we showered in the tub, it did not drain. The next morning there was still waterin the tub. I leave early in the morning and there is no staff until 6 am. So I called in with the issue. They graciously gave us another room for the 2nd day. However, the next 3 rooms did not have a working A/C. Finally on the 4th room, it worked. It does not appear any maintenance is being done on the rooms and they are in bad shape. The staff was pleasant and helpful. But the condition of the property is bad. At least the 6 rooms we could not stay in. And, on my way to the 2nd floor, the elevatored stopped suddenly. Now no working elevator for the rest of the stay. I am working in the area, but will not be booking a room there. So, I experienced most of the things that other reviews mention. Just be aware if you book a room, you may to to keep changing to get one that is fully functioning.

- overpriced for the value of room quality - no breakfast was offered except unlabeled plastic packaged highly refined bland muffins and scones were not worth picking up. - the man at the desk was excessively talkative despite a line of people waiting. He even offended the nice couple in front of me by not listening to what they said and implying the back building across the street is a much lesser building despite the couple clearly stating that is where they usually choose to stay there and were fine with it. The desk man went on to say next time they could pay a bit more to stay in the nice main building which is way nicer instead of the worse back building. - the woman at the desk in morning was helpful and kind.

Pool and spa area chained and padlocked
Gave me a pool pass code at check-in, but no mention that Pool area was chained and padlocked with a sign, that said hot tub spa was in need of repair and not to used till further notice. I was very disappointed and choose hotel for the spa pictures online. Everything else was comfortable and spacious.
