A little poopy,but okay stay
Guy up front was great. Room was quiet and comfy. The outside parking area had dog poop in it,and dog poop strawn about the property as well. Great view if you go left out if the parking lot.

Definitely get what u pay for with this property. Had noise complaint 3 min afyer walking tinto room from another room not even front desk and than aftwr requsting to be moved so u we disnt bother other guest with loud footsteps from 10 year old sine we were placed rok. That looked like a covered up crime scene !

Great place to stay for a short road trip, the only issue we had was a minor inconvenience opening the door, the card keys didn't work well. But the lady in the front check in fixed it for us right away.

Everything was great at this property it was quiet and calm we were able to see the Morro Bay rock from our window. We noticed a baseball field and a play ground, hoping we can go back to catch a game there one day. The room was really nice we enjoyed the lights behind the bed and the lights on the mirror it was pretty awesome, the beds were comfortable too.

Wonderful Stay
Motel6 Morro Bay is awesome. They give us a room to accommodate my mother who is 80 years old. The refurbished rooms are beautiful.

Unexpected cleanliness with a lot of upgrades. I said unexpected because the price I paid is a lot lower than the ones close by, with the same stars, which I don't think would offer anything more. No smoke smell or anything, safe and quiet, walking distance to the beach. Room is too small for two beds but that is probably the standard for Motel 6. I would rent again a room in this motel if I would visit the area again.

These guys really helped when I needed a place to stay for my fishing trip last minute. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with me even making suggestions to help me to get the room in the middle of the night.

The property is at a great location and close to the ocean. They gave us only 3 pillows for our king bed. The pillows were very flimsy and flat. We requested more or other pillows and were told they didn't have any extra.
