This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The man at the front desk, Christopher, was rude and lied about room availability. When asked to change our room he stated there were none available. Upon entering our room it was deplorable. Trash. Smeared fluids on the walls. Beds messed up. Dirt. Rotting food. And the most horrendous smell of decomposition and cigarettes. When confronting Christopher with the room conditions and videos of them, he replied “so you’re just trying to get a different room”. I informed him I expected a clean room and he said he would need to “downgrade me” to accommodate us. He did not offer an apology or refund of any kind. The new room assignment lacked heating and air conditioning, hadn’t been wiped down, and had fresh paint on the walls. There were “no other rooms available” so we were stuck breathing in paint fumes and freezing in 46° weather.

The worst hotel ever. Water Flooded the whole room, phone, AC/Heater Microwave not working. Other guest complained as well even said they had roaches. Nasty experience. I got a refund. But that don’t make up for being room less out of town.
