Every room has a balcony or patio and most have a fabulous view of the ocean. The grounds are lovely. Breakfast buffet is good with both hot and continental offerings. The restaurant (Ventana Grill) next to the hotel is fabulous.

limited dinning places to eat , no vending machine for after dinner snacks , rented car at airport then had to pay per night to park at hotel 5 nights . but the employees were all very nice, the room and the view were great a easy walk to the pier

Our room was not ready at 4:00pm had to wait until 4:47 to get into room. You must pay 15.00 for parking through an app. Our toilet paper holder was practically falling off of wall. We did let them know at check out. Just wash wr what I expected for a 550.00 a night room

Property was nice, good location and amenities for the price. Check in was a little later than usual but they did offer us the chance to use the pool until the room was ready. Once we got the room, it was very spacious and clean with a nice view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and celebrated our wedding anniversary. So after a day of dunes it was nice to relax in the room.

This is a lovely hotel. The swimming pool and ocean views are relaxing and beautiful. We went for walks around the property and saw pelicans perching on the cliffs and saw a whale with binoculars provided by the hotel in each room. The view was beyond beautiful. The room was comfortable, attractive and clean. We had a beautiful weekend. We definitely will be returning!

Room had a beautiful view. Breakfast was included and was good. room and bath was clean and of a good size. Parking was free. Local restaurant was nice, not cheep but was OK for dinner. Much wildlife around the property; gulls, pelicans, some seals and whales. Recommended.

Quiet until someone came in at 3 a.m. with a barking dog, where there are no pet area. No place to sit in the breakfast room because there were tour groups. The eggs are powdered. Good that you can get breakfast though. Pool and jacuzzi seemed clean. The help were friendly. They charge for parking. Add it to the price of the room so its not a hidden fee. Good beach access. When we got there, after an 8 hour drive they made us check in at 4 p.m. its late and you still get charged a full day.

Everything was good. Except food court needs help.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Parking was a little challenging at night very limited. Breakfast food court seemed short staff couldn’t keep up with supplies and coffee demand people waiting.

While I love staying here and have done so many times the hotel is under construction and it was rather nosey and half the main parking lot was blocked off. That being said the hotel now has ACE parking charging $15 per day to park at the hotel above the room cost and onsite fees. Frankly I feel this is a money grab on the hotels part as there is no non paid parking options for guests.

It is a gorgeous place with a gorgeous view. The only negative thing would be that there seemed to be kids on the floor above us who stomped a lot. Nothing that the hotel can do about, but really, that’s the only ‘bad’ thing about our stay. If we ever get back to the area, we are definitely going to stay again.
