Overall, this property is a good value with friendly service, and is in a very convenient location. Rooms are pleasant and have been partially renovated. Windows, however, are badly in need of replacement: broken screens & fixtures—plus they are so flimsy that they block neither cold nor the incessant noise from the adjacent freeway. Very loud.

Rooms were clean but had about 10 fruit flies that we had to hunt down and terminate. Outside of room was noisy from the freeway. Couldn't leave window open. A/C would come on and off without any reason. Thermostat didn't work. Only one staff member at front desk which made initial check in about 15 minutes. Very small room on very cramped property.

Rooms well set up with convenient furniture. Refrigerator and microwave were clean and worked well. Rooms were clean but needed to be aired out. They have the very best hygro cotton towels which were very soft and nicely absorbent. Staff accommodated my request to be on the first floor near the laundry room. Top of the line budget motel and I’ve stayed in dozens in San Diego county.
