Overall stay was average. We had a couple of missing items from our room. #1 a custom personalized cup and #2 a bag of organic tea bags that i travel with for medical reasons. Continental breakfast was average. I personally made complaint to property manager, she never apologize, never offered if they can review or try to replace items and yet share she had spoken to hospitality staff but that they never saw the items missing. Poor wifi service. Overall stay was average This location will not be recommended.

The dining room staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was obliging when we kept having issues with room keys not working multiple times per day. The facility was lovely with an open air courtyard; large room with nice furniture; a good location for our Spanish school.

The property is actually an Acienda that was renovated to become a hotel. It has its garden in the middle with a fountain and the rooms with balconies that you can see all around you. The breakfast is very complete with fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs to taste, chilaquiles, beans, enchiladas, waffles and They cook them to your liking.
