Our room was clean, as best we could tell with multiple missing or not working light bulbs. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom space was also ample. We were away from the street, so noise was not an issue, but definitely could be for rooms on the street: the busses are loud going up and down the hill. Location is great: literally a minute walk from El Mirador, with a stunning view, and only a 5-10 minute walk to food, drinks, and museums/churches. There was a coffeemaker in the room, but no service provided (I asked - no coffee, no cups, nothing). And although technically the hotel restaurant opened at 8 am, it still wasn't open by 8:30 the morning that I really wanted to just get coffee there without walking. Staff was friendly and helpful.
