Es una propiedad que se le nota claramente el paso de los años (en las habitaciones principalmente). Su sistema de AC es extremadamente antiguo. El servicio es bueno dentro del promedio pero nada que destacar. Algo que vale la pena mencionar es su buena ubicación cerca a una plaza comercial.

Bathroom cleanless was terrible the soap containers were in bad condition, other peopole hair was found on the shower. the door was poor painted and with oxid on the metal parts. no towels for hands, the heat from the A/C smell very bad.

The room seemed clean but the next morning, my husband moved the bed covers and found a few hair strands but they weren't my hair color. Means whomever cleaned the room didn’t change the sheets.

I did not receive any VIP treats. The room was running down. the floor was missing some tile pieces. they gave a 2 bed room and I made reservation for a king bed. the shower curtain does not cover the shower and the water was spilled all over

Had a pretty terrible stay. The first room did not have a working AC. Maintenance swapped it out and replacement also didn't work. After complaining several times, we got a new room. We asked to schedule a taxi for 4am and afternoon staff said that we had to tell night staff. At 330am, girl on staff said we were supposed to book the day before. She called someone in a private car (not taxi) that charged us 500 pesos for a 15 minute trip. For the price of the hotel, I was expecting much better service.

basic hotel in a good location. Room didn't have the standard tea/coffee facilities, had 1 small bottle of water and not much else. There was no information pack with room service menus or anything like that. No Ice machine, you had to order ice over the phone. A/c was good, bed comfortable & good sized tv. Wifi was sporadic.
