When i got to the hotel the representative was help someone and she made contact and did jot acknowledge me and later asked me if I was checking in and she said we don have any room ready until later but let me see. After she looked for my reservation i have some so she booked my rooms (2). One of the rooms the doors wasn’t opening so i asked a nice girl that was cleaning the room next door and she came with her key and it opened it . I had to go back to the reception and she said that i had to probably un programmed. I went several times until someone from maintenance found out that the problem was the doo latch. He fixed and done with that. You need someone in the front that has a SMILE AND NICE AND COURTEOUS. Normally I stay at the Marriott but they were booked. This could had been a n opportunity to keep Comfort inn next I travel which I do a lot of that.

It was fine, nice place just too hot to be eating breakfast in the heat like that. The facility should be air conditioned with the doors shut so you can enjoy it.

They canceled muy reservation without any notice. I am not sure if I should complain or be thankful because the place looks and smells horrible and the people tending the place are not interested in being of any help
