When i got to the hotel the representative was help someone and she made contact and did jot acknowledge me and later asked me if I was checking in and she said we don have any room ready until later but let me see. After she looked for my reservation i have some so she booked my rooms (2). One of the rooms the doors wasn’t opening so i asked a nice girl that was cleaning the room next door and she came with her key and it opened it . I had to go back to the reception and she said that i had to probably un programmed. I went several times until someone from maintenance found out that the problem was the doo latch. He fixed and done with that. You need someone in the front that has a SMILE AND NICE AND COURTEOUS. Normally I stay at the Marriott but they were booked. This could had been a n opportunity to keep Comfort inn next I travel which I do a lot of that.
