The staff was excellent at Caye Casa, very helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Would even call other hotels for activities we wanted to do and sign us up. Rooms very clean and comfortable in a great location.

This place was excellent vacation resort. The staff was over the top and helpful in every aspect. The taxi service they recommend was excellent along with Tusammi golf carts. Martha, Cindy and Shein were the staff and did everything to make our stay perfect. We will be back for sure !!!!!!

Passed this lovely hotel our last time we were in San Pedro . Was excited to stay here this time! We stayed in the 2 bed 2 bath apt with front porch facing the sea! Staff: ALL amazing

Staff and room was exceptional. Road at front got a little dusty as it allows local traffic. This is just normal for this part of the road and it is what Ambergris Caye is.
