If I could give them 10 stars I would. The customer service was EXCELLENT! Brittany checked me in and was extremely courteous and kind. The entire staff during my stay was nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. I stayed in the Luxury suite and the Deluxe Studio King. I can’t wait to return. The location was perfect.

Beautiful & Perfect Hotel in San Pedro

A perfect place in San Pedro. Modern design & in the center of everything with a golf cart, to the right Truck Stop, PUR, Rain & the Secret Beach. To the left, the city, Caramba, Chocolate Boutique, shopping center & iguanas sanctuary. Welcome drink was delicious & Kaylinn is the sweetest & beautiful barista that makes the best amaretto sour! Gorgeous views of the sunrise. Right next to the hotel is a grocery with essentials & affordable prices that close around 10 pm. Hotel do not have a blow dryer & no direct beach access. Bring raincoats if traveling in December, bug sprays & anti-itch cream/ointment, or dress to prevent mosquitoes/sand flies bites, enjoy!

The front desk receptionist was truly amazing. She was very pleasant. Sorry I couldn’t remember her name (starts with a N) She also went above and beyond to decorate for my birthday.

Our one night stay at The Watermark was very enjoyable! We were greeted by the lovely front desk staff who made check in quick and easy. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival which we redeemed at the rooftop bar/restaurant which overlooks the ocean. We stayed in an ocean view room with a balcony and the view was AMAZING! Our room was clean, comfortable, and cool. The hotel is located in a great location with markets, bars, and additional restaurants close by. The hotel is currently under a bit of construction so I can only imagine how wonderful things will be once the renovations are done.

Amazing property, very clean. The staff was pleasant and had great service. I had a lovely room. The staff cleaned the rooms everyday. Love the rooftop pool and bar. I was glad and thankful the room had a microwave and the room had great views of the ocean. Nice hotel. If I could give a 100 stars I would. Definitely enjoyed my stay and will come back in the future.

Overall, the stay was okay. It was the taxi transport the property arranged that was questionable. Alfonso picked me up at the San Pedro airport and let me stop at the bank. After I arrived at the hotel, my card went missing. I attempted to contact Alfonso but he did not answer. Alfonso also connected me with Wassam with Maya Golf Cart Rentals who also attempted to steal my friends phone and cash app card. Just be aware when setting up transportation through the hotel.

I loved this property. My hot water wasn't working when I got there...but, it was fixed promptly. My air conditioning went out, one night...but, it was fixed promptly. Other than that, I would have given this property 5 stars. The young lady that attended my room was the absolute best. My room was very good. The food and drink I had was 3 star...but, the people in my party rated it higher. In closing, I would highly recommend this hotel... ...especially, if you get the view from my room that I got (4 floor room 404).

My room was on the street side. I heard everything, golf carts, motorcycles, people talking. My room didn't have a balcony, but I could hear housekeeping sweeping the room and the balcony next to mine in the morning.

The property was clean but had a few issues.. literally nothing else to do there, no casino, no entertainment, no gym.. and gym part really shocked me. There were no dressers in room so we had no where to put our clothes, no iron either. It rained terribly there and our balcony filled with water. The air conditioner leaked water all over the place although they fixed it immediately. Then there was no water for most of the day. Once it came back on, it was brown and stayed brown for hours. It’s a new property and definitely needs some work.
