This spectacular, 1800 square ft condo was built to the highest standards, catering to guests who demand the absolute best in location, accommodations, and amenities!

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless appliances, and beautiful mahogany cabinets and ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, and several other small appliances/ utensils to make cooking a breeze!

Large appliances include a cooktop range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is complete with dinnerware, glassware, silverware, and a large assortment of cookware/ bakeware.

You'll enjoy air conditioning throughout the unit, cable TV, Smart TVs and complimentary internet, and a spacious laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer.

With a king bed in the master bedroom with ocean views, a king bed in the second bedroom with ocean views and a sitting area, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests comfortably. Everything from the pickup at the airport to the drop off to send us home was just how we were told it would be. Restaurants recommendations were perfect. Massage was amazing, but most of all the view from our bedroom patio was magnificent!

Week 1 Hol chan reef Resort - Great spot to stay!
The staff is absolutely superb. Excellent, personal check-in. Very helpful making reservations for us. Had Richard be our personal chef and it was outstanding and so fun. You get to choose your own menu from a list. Try the cilantro coconut rice! Really enjoyed the golf carts and getting around with them. Loved snorkeling with Carlos - a personal guide to swimming with sharks and manta rays - the most fish we have ever seen and we've snorkeled many places. Three different pools, you can be quiet or meet new people. The bartender, Edwin, was the best. Good talker, fun times. The food in Belize was really really good. Read the book in the unit and follow their recommendations! You won't regret it. Loved Black Orchid and Elvi's and the Bakery!!!!!! Took the taxi to Secret Beach and enjoyed seeing someplace different. Highly recommend a visit to San Pedro!

Amazing resort
We really loved our stay at the Hol Chan Reef Resort. The property is beautifully kept up and the views are amazing. Sandra and Richard are extremely friendly and helpful. I loved that the resort is in a quiet location but at the same time only a 15-20 minute golf cart ride from the center of San Pedro with all its restaurants. Talking about golf carts: I highly recommend that you rent one for the duration of the stay (Sandra will organize everything) as it’s definitely too far to walk to San Pedro. I have already recommended the resort to friends and family.

Amazing stay at Hol Chan Resort
My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this resort. Sandra and Richard were super helpful, and their communication was incredible. They helped us book daily excursions, and Suya, the tour company, was amazing as well. We felt very well cared for and supported. The location is quiet and off the beaten path, but San Pedro is a 20-minute drive away by golf cart. We also had a chef cook for us, per their recommendation and a few massages that were great as well. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience with this property stay! Hol Chan and the people were all AMAZING!!! The location was perfect for us because we like being away from the town life and chaos. It is just a short golf cart ride to shopping and restaurants but you get the peace and the beautiful night skies. Richard and Sophie were MORE than accommodating. They arranged activities and excursions for us, recommended the best places to see and shop, and had the taxis and golf carts waiting on us. They are MORE than the best. We had our grown children and spouses with us(6adults) and the unit was plenty spacious and the pool, beach area, and dock are literally at your doorstep. I give San Pedro, the people, the food, cleanliness, and everything 100 stars!!!!

Perfect getaway
The Hol Chan Reef resort condo in San Pedro exceeded our expectations. It was even more spectacular than the photographs. Our party of six had plenty of room with the three bedrooms and spacious living/dining room as well as the large outside covered patio. Looking out at the infinity pool and beach was a treat especially with a full moon rising and beautiful sunsets. Overall a perfect getaway from the cold U.S. Pacific NW. We have to note that our stay was made even more perfect with the attentive and helpful staff.

This place was perfect. We were a group of five adults - two couples, one single and the location worked perfectly. Sandra & Richard were incredibly helpful and the groundskeeping staff did an amazing job. We visited the bar next door Stax daily - except for Tuesday - they are closed & the folks in charge - Robin & Mary were so fun! Great place to stay, away from the busy area, no direct beach access but great pools & dock.

Amazing Celebration
We were a family of seven celebrating a high school graduation of our two nieces. This place was a wonderful fit for us and had everything we needed! Our host helped arrange snorkeling and fishing excursions as well as securing what many told us was “the best golf cart on the island!” The location is quiet and a bit further from any downtown nightlife which was perfect for us and still close enough that several of our family ran or walked to coffee each morning. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful during our stay and we will absolutely be looking at staying here again in future trips to Belize!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was really clean and the staff was awesome, especially Susanna in the office. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Loved the location in the complex. The condo was so clean, very open, lots of natural light and plenty of space for our family of 6.
We had the best trip! Richard, Carlos, Cameron and everyone else at the Hol Chan made us feel like family. The condo was so clean, large, TV"s, wifi, opened up tot he pool and right ton the ocean. Could not of asked for a better spot. Short 20 min Golf Cart ride into town to get supplies at the market or lunch at so many great spots. Pirate Pizza, Caliente, Tex-Mex, Ramones, Crazy Canucks, Bakery, local vendors had the best chicken breakfast tacos, pineapple, potatoes, onions and so much more. Richard and his team give you so much advice on great trips. Snorkelings, swimming with Sharks, Maya Temples, Cave tubing and so much more. Anything you want to do you can, or just relax at the pool or play corn hole on the beach. Loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back soon. Perfect San Pedro getaway
This was our second time staying here. It was just as great as it was the first time. It’s a few miles to town but not too far away from everything. Cameron and Richard do a great job of making sure you have everything you need. The pools are great and the new dock is awesome. We spent one night out there chilling and listening to music. I will definitely stay here again and again.

If only I could have packed up in my suitcase ALL of Hol Chan Reef Resort!
I hear "Amazing!", "Super!", etc are used too much in the US, but you just HAVE to use those words over and over again to begin to scratch in a description of the Hol Chan Reef Resort! Cameron with Blue Caribbean Belize Management was fast responding to my constant online inquiries before I actually left the states. When the Ambregris Caye blogs say bring little clothing, it's true! We basically lived in our swimsuits and coverups. A couple of times the electricity went off for a brief period, but that's when you may be FORCED to take a nap, read a book under the palm leaf umbrella, drift around aimlessly in the pool, head to town or another beach on the golf cart, etc. My new island best friend, Richard, who is a 1 man AMAZING resort host, was a perfect gentleman with a wealth of information regarding everything from golf cart rental to places to eat, beaches to explore, setting up excursions, and so on! EVERYDAY I visited Richard with constant questions and was never disappointed. Regarding our water excursions, we were even picked up on the dock almost directly in front of our condo! That alone is priceless in time saving and spectacular boat service! The condo unit was fantastic and exceeded my hesitant expectations regarding amenities I was used to in the states. Having a washer & dryer was like winning the lottery!! Louis and Carlos were constant hard workers at the resort with ready smiles on their faces & would immediately step in to offer assistance if it looked like I needed it. I love, love, LOVE everything about this resort and strongly encourage other vacationers to pack light and head straight for the Hol Chan Reef Resort!

Great service
We were absolutely blown away by the customer service we received from Blue Caribbean Belize Management both before we arrived and while we were on property. Stephanie and Cameron, the property managers went out of their way to provide excellent communication, welcome us, answer questions and help us with transportation, golf cart rental and grocery delivery. They also graciously assisted me when I made a big mistake in the reservation process. While on the property, Richard the concierge was amazing--so friendly and helpful with organizing tours for us and answering questions, or just waving to us at the pool and asking how things were going. The grounds and housekeeping staff were both friendly and hardworking--everything was well maintained and spotless. The property itself is as pictured (with the exception of the dock, which appears to have taken a direct hit from a tree in a storm), and we enjoyed our stay there immensely. Our condo was just what we were expecting, and although we wished we had more dinnerware, glasses and silverware (there were exactly six of everything, and there were six of us, so we had to do dishes quite frequently), it was adequate for our needs. It was a lovely place to stay!

Wonderful Place, Great Location, Super Host
This was our third stay at 35 Patton in Asheville.The loft is immaculate and is in the perfect location for our annual trek to the Southern Conference Basketball Tournament. The loft is always super clean and very well equipped. Eli goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need to make their stay great. A new TV system installed this year caused some problems, but Eli went the extra mile to make it a non-issue. Thank you Eli for your time, persistence and attention to detail. The Loft will always be our first choice when coming to Asheville.

Just as advertised
We where three couples that went here. We all know the advertising pictures do not normally reflect the truth. This was exactly as advertised! I do wish we would have rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. If your are looking for night life or beach swimming this is not for you. If you want a kick back and relax this is it. Worked with management on golf cart and transportation which was great. Very helpful. Arranged our snorkeling trip, beach massage with Richard. Great job. Our last night we had their recommended chief come and cook us a Lobster dinner. Perfect ending to a great vacation ! Just a FYI it is3 1/2 Miles from town on a dirt road. Just added to the adventure !

Wonderful time
My two friends and I returned recently from 4 nights here in San Pedro. We went for scuba diving and some relaxation. The condo was ideal. I'll confess I slept in the master bedroom so my opinion is skewed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Access to pool and beach is VERY convenient, thought we spent most of our downtime on the deck. Just beware that the pool is for everyone in the complex and it is immediately beyond the backdoor. So, you may find yourself within mere feet of kids in the pool. The location is south of town, about a 12 minute cart ride. Personally, I like the ride. And there are two spots nearby that serve excellent food: Robin's Kitchen and one other I can't remember the name. But its close on the opposite side of the street. Enjoy!! We did!!

What fabulous memories
From the initial reservation confirmation to the day we flew off the caye, the attention to detail from everyone associated with Hol Chan Reef was amazing and truly made an "unBelizeable" place even more special!! The refreshing rum punch and fresh pico awaiting us in the room when we arrived after a long day of travel pepped us right up to begin to enjoy the island with the golf cart waiting on us thanks to the advance planning brochure sent to us ahead of time. The property and our room was so well appointed and immaculate. We will be back. Thank you all for all you do to help share some of the Belize paradise with us and to feel like we are home when there.
