Good service and location, room was modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. WiFi worked good. Water in shower only got warm at best.

The worst hotel ever
Be careful, at this hotel they charge money from our account after you leave. It’s expensive, the service is bad, the food is bad plus the fact that they use your card information and charge you afterwards.

Nice hotel in a good location
The staff here are awesome and absolutely make the hotel! A/c is functional but lacking, especially in the common areas. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice pool area and gym. I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff! All of them go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable.

The hotel is centric and clean. However it is a bit old. The hot water takes some time to heat. I felt it a bit expensive for what we got. It didnt include breakfast.

Good hotel option in SPS
The hotel was very nice- especially the pool area. Safe boxes either in the rooms or at reception would have been helpful to keep our items secure. Staff were lovely- friendly and helpful
