How clean the entire property was, the dinning area, pool, gym, breakfast was excellent. Staff can be a little more friendly but overall everything was great.

I really enjoy my time at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is located in the best part of the city and there are plenty of place to eat and shop.

La ubicación es ideal, zona segura, suficiente estacionamiento, limpio, decoración moderna, buen mantenimiento. A pocos pasos de City Mall. Restaurantes con menú variado y exquisito, haciendo probando las pizzas en la zona de piscina y el restaurante por el lobby. Inconveniente de Check in: hice la reserva a través de Expedia la cual fue confirmada y cobrada...sin embargo al momento de hacer check in (4pm aprox) el personal de front desk nos dijo que no aparecía mi reserva y que yo llamara a Expedia para preguntar qué pasó y que el hotel ya estaba lleno. Después de 1 hora al teléfono, Expedia logró resolver y nuestra reserva fue honrada. Consejo: siempre llamar al hotel y reconfirmar que tienen la reserva para evitar estas sorpresas. El desayuno Buffett es excelente, variado, completo y de nuevo: exquisito. Felicidades al Chef por manejar muy bien su back office. Pero sabiendo que tenían el hotel lleno, había poco personal para atenderlo y el que estaba, lastimosamente estaba mal humorado. En si, la propiedad como tal, maneja los estándares de Hyatt pero el personal no está acostumbrado a tener casa llena o manejar situaciones fuera de lo ordinario.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in the center of the city, right next to a shopping mall. Delicious breakfast. Rooms are nice but bathrooms need to updated. Toilets and showers look old; very little water pressure. Staff not consistent. Some staff members were very nice and helpful; others just didn’t seem to care about guests. Overall we enjoy our stay and would stay here again.
