A beautiful single family with your own entrance within Walking/Biking distance to large Bay Area high tech companies such as the Internet Giant starting with G. One bedroom is a furnished with a Queen bed. Besides a newly remodeled bathroom, the livingroom has brand new appliances and new 65 inch TV hard wired to high speed internet.

After confirmed booking a $200 refundable deposit will be requested and will refund after deducting cost of repairs beyond normal wear and tear if any.

The one bedroom one bathroom has its own private entrance. The bedroom has a closet and the livingroom has another closet to hang plenty of clothes.
