A beautiful Andalusian 4-bedroom property with access to a large salt water pool, set within a private community within Sotogrande and with a beautiful landscaped garden; the house provides relaxing, spacious, quality accommodation for a memorable holiday all year round.
Suitable for family groups of up to eight persons, the house is set in a quiet and peaceful location with excellent hiking and dog walking routes nearby, yet within easy reach of all the wonderful amenities you find within the exclusive, secure, gated community of Sotogrande, the largest privately owned residential estate in Andalusia and home to an eclectic, international community. Close to the famous Valderrama golf course and the San Roque Golf Club, Casita Verde provides a high standard of accommodation for all guests and being a family home, it comes fully equipped.
Four large bedrooms (with equally large beds) make up the top floor, all have air conditioning and easy access to a bathroom. The master bedroom has a private roof terrace overlooking the mountains and Valderrama and San Roque golf courses. Two bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms whilst two bedrooms share a beautiful marble bathroom.
A brand new kitchen welcomes you on the ground floor, providing the perfect space for entertaining around the large marble island in the open plan layout. The kitchen has everything you need, electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, juicer, blender, food processor. You will also find lots of oils and spices.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are all in one space which opens out on to the garden. Outside you’ll find a large open terrace, with soft seating and dining areas, overlooking the garden. There is also a BBQ, ensuring the perfect place to relax and make the most of the evening sunshine.
The garden itself is private, fully enclosed, and beautifully maintained, making it ideal for those who desire total peace and relaxation and if you're looking for the pool, there is an extra large salt water pool that is private to the community.
We will continue to operate a weekly cleaning service for the property during your stay to help keep it looking just perfect, if you'd like this to be increased to twice a week just let us know in advance of your stay.
