Beware!
From the key pickup to the key drop off it was a bad experience. The house is not in good shape, not clean, needs interior painting, shower flooded, etc. the directions to the property are not at all clear and it was difficult to find. The shower flooded, it took two days for a plumber to come and then he left the filthy drain off and the hand wand on the floor with no communication from anyone as to what was going on. The other bathroom shower door is not sealed properly and water gets all over the floor and the towels are old and rough. The owner needs to leave instructions on how to operate the air and heat, the tv and all the appliances. The pluses for the property are the beds, the appliances and the view. We communicated all of this to the property manager and she still hasn’t gotten back to us. We want a refund of part of our payment. I will be sending pictures and a detailed description of everything to the property managers.

Peaceful villa
Very nice and spacious villa with all modern amenities. Very clean. View was spectacular. Pool good. Depending on the wind-direction some noice came from the road nearby. On the other hand some mornings you can hear the waves. No neighbours were seen or heard. A car is a must as you can’t walk even to the nearest beach as you can’t cross the highway. No supermarkets closeby. Overall very tranquil place. Playa de los Toros was a good pebble beach very close to the villa, with a good beach-restaurant. Close to Duquesa we found a nice sandy beach, Playa Sabillinas, wich was a bigger and more crowded beach with all services yet still had fairly quiet atmosphere.
