This is a boutique hotel, I liked the sorrounding area, the staff was friendly, I liked the fact that the breakfast was included and you get to eat breakfast in a really nice garden with beautiful plants. The beds are very comfortable as well. Opportunities: There is only 1 place to hang your towel, and there are no shelves in the bathroom. They have a basket with toilet paper over the toilet which makes it hard to flush. The room also needs more outlets, the public spaces need more tables and chairs.

A charming small hotel in the modern area of San Salvador. My room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The great breakfast selection is a mix of typical Salvadoran and international dishes. There is a pretty little tropical garden. Lots of eateries and shops in walking distance. I’m a solo traveller and I felt very safe. Excellent value for money.

I encountered bed bugs and they ate me up. When I advised the receptionist I was told that it was the first time it had happened. By the number of bites I ended up with I would have to disagree. Those bugs traveled back with me and it took almost 2 weeks to finally stop getting bitten. Other than that the place was nice

We enjoyed our quick stay at Cinco Hotel! Wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed this hidden gem with great food, coffee and drinks(wine)! We loved the plants that surrounded every inch of this hotel & they also have a hidden tea place in the back. We loved it!!

Loved this property. Its right next to the new google building which had more security than usual so it made it feel safe. So many restaurant options and the restaurants inside the property are so lovely. The jungle like dining area really made it feel like a luxury vacation. The only issue I had was with the shower. Hardly any hot water and the shower head wasnt the best but other than that i highly recommend this property to anyone!

It was a nice stay at cinco hotel. The food options at their restaurant are great. The staff were great. The hotel is walking distance from restaurants and bambú center plaza. Cinco Hotel is a great option if you do not want to stay at a regular hotel atmosphere. We wanted to feel like we were in El Salvador and this hotel is the perfect spot for that. They pack you breakfast's if you have to take it with you. They also have a Japanese tea place inside the hotel; that we liked very much.

A beautifully clean hotel with great facilities. The included breakfast was particularly good, with a range of choices available. Our room (anarajado) was spacious and peaceful, even though it was closest to the street and hotel entrance. The bathroom was modern but the shower struggled to deliver hot water. The WiFi connection in the room was great, but didn't seem to be available in the common areas of the hotel. The kitchen upstairs was available for guest use which was very helpful, although it would be nice if tea was available (stated on website). Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again if in San Salvador.
