Good location with a Bus stop near by. Room was nice, although we had some issues with the shower head (shower had no pressure). Great experience overall.

Very nice hotel !
Very nice , not in the center of the city. But we had a car and it was not a problem and you can also go by bus. The bus stop it’s right there and it takes about 20 minutes to go downtown. There is also enough parking for your car, it can cost you about 4 euros if you use the machine to get a ticket, the front desk personnel will help you . Breakfast was good and the hotels cafeteria is open until 10 pm , which makes a big difference . If you don’t want to go out to look for a restaurant . Helpful staff .

Decent hotel and nice people, but no ac. Too hot.
The room was nice but boiling hot. The ac was not available yet. We lost sleep over being so hot. They changed our room but didn’t offer any comps or partial refund. Maybe because we did t book directly with them?

Great hotel with great staff and support. Hotel is not in the downtown area and requires a 10 or 12 minute bus ride to the beach area. This is not a problem as there are bus stops on both sides of the hotel and buses run every few minutes. Clean and convenient, would certainly stay there again.

The Staff was really helpful. The place is not in a centric spot (of course I knew it before going). Clean and fast room service. The breakfast was ok.

Great quality hotel with easy access to transport
We stayed in this hotel during our 2.5 days stay in San Sebastian. Hotel is very good but a bit far from all the old town and tourist attraction, however, 2 lines of buses stop right in front of the hotel, and you can get to the heart of the old town with a single ride in 15 minutes. There's also a bus that goes straight to the airport, that stops a few steps from our hotel

Nice hotel outside of town
This is a nice modern hotel that appears to be located in an urban commercial area. It was a very rainy day when we arrived and it seemed a little hard to locate. The staff spoke English and was very pleasant. Parking was underground and under the hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and the breakfast was a little pricey but good with a good variety. There was no restaurant within walking distance and we didn't want to drive around looking for a place for fear of getting lost. So we ate what we had with us. We only spent the one night and the weather was too bad to do anything touristy.

Donosti Hotel
Two guys on a return trip from Portugal planned this stop for one night to see the sights but it was raining. The room was smaller and the beds were side by side so we had to move them apart as much as we could in a smaller room. It was a clean modern hotel with breakfast in the morning and an underground parking area. But there is no place to eat nearby. And no vending machines. We thought we were going to starve. Luckily we had some snacks to live off of until morning
