Great hotel and area
Beautiful hotel that is very convenient to the old part of the city. The ladies that worked at the front desk were wonderful with us. Gave us great information on where to go and eat and drink. Definitely would go back there. Wish the parking garage was closer is all I would like different

Hotel is in great location. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. Room had a great view, the only negative would be it’s on the 1st floor. But overall very good hotel for the price.

Great personal, genuine attention, great attitude. Very helpful, Pino front desk clerk was amazing, helps getting around and how to take the bus to Hondarribia. Right across the beach. Closed to public transportation as well. Room was very clean, provided housekeeping service every day. We didn’t require service in our stay. But we saw them cleaning other guest rooms. Very attentive. All over great stay ! Will stay again.

i have nvever seen an hotel that is so customer unfriendly and run fown. The pictures on hotel.com website are deceptive. The whold building is an apartment but they rent our bottom two lfoors as hotel with no amentiies and door close at 10: am. Please put the true description of this hotel

This is a great hotel in the perfect location just on the edge of busy part of the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, I couldn’t have asked for more. The room was a good size and very comfortable, all far exceeding my expectations.

Great location, walking distance to the old town. Parking is available on the same street near the hotel for 20 euros. Greatly recommended. We stayed one night only so location was perfect to visit a city.

Great hotel, just dont stay on first floor
The hotel was in a great location. If you choose to stay here, request a room that is not on the first floor. Our room was on first floor with no window (they were stained glass and below street level) and it was like a dungeon. All else about the hotel was great, just dont stay on first floor
