Great stay
We came for our anniversary and they made up the room with towel swans on the bed and a bottle of cider. Much appreciated. Great location, close to the bus stop and centrally located for the things we wanted to see and do. Appreciated we could open the balcony door for air. Pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine

We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Our room was equipped to accommodate elderly and disabled persons and was more spacious than most hotel rooms which we really enjoyed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. They don’t offer breakfast but have complimentary teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Nevertheless, right next door there is a coffee shop with excellent breakfast options. Would stay here again whenever I can make it back to San Sebastián!
