Lovely hotel - beware no elevator
Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town.

Perfect stay in San Severino
Amazing staff, location, rooms and spa. The spa was total bliss so will be back just for that. Restaurants and bars just 50m away.

The best Of The best!!
Palazzo Gentilì is the utmost in excellence!! We felt as if we were in an antique modernized palace! The attention to details is remarkable and nothing is lacking! The staff was superb and they couldn't do enough for us! The location was optimal and the spa services were superior! This is truly a jewel to be treasured! Looking forward to my next stay there! I cannot give enough high accolades! I miss it already!

Meravigliosa struttura in un palazzo antico,ottima divisione degli spazi (molto ampi) e silenziosissima. Camere pulitissime,biancheria profumata,set di cortesia curatissimo.
