too many disappointments to remain happy
First of all, my complements to the very friendly if not overly efficient staff. I advise everyone read carefully the hotel description. I made a mistake to trust 5 stars under the hotel name in the Expedia confirm. Otherwise I'd find out that : 1) the rooms have no AC, 2) you have to pay for the sheets and 3) the final cleaning will cost , which together with p 2) makes a short stay for a family of 4 rather unfeasible. when we arrived we asked for the ventilators to somehow make up for the disappointment with the absent AC, but wouldn't get it until the following day. Wi Fi was also unavalable first day and thence worked very slowly. Besides, but it is probably Expedia fault (at least as narrated by the hotel), the hotel effectively cancelled the reservation of 1 of the two rooms we had booked, suspecting dupplication. The staff seems to have done their best to accomodate us all, but we anyway had to move to a smaller room after the first night. summary - those who book directly, stay at least 1 week and don't care much for AC or fast Wi FI might find the stay quite pleasant.

Sehr ruhige Appartement Anlage ein wenig ausserhalb vom Zentrum. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Kleines Manko: TV leider sehr klein und nur mit italienischen Sendern. WLAN Verbindung sehr schwach, aber ansonsten eine wirklich wunderbare Anlage.

Wir waren zu zweit für 11 Tage vor Ort . Es war wirklich alles ok . Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit zu Waschen und Bügeln , so dass wir super mit wenig Gepäck reisen konnten. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. In San Teodoro gibt es alles was man braucht . Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder ... ❤️

Schönes apartment in ruhiger Lage
Zum übernachten total okay, Sauberkeit absolut in Ordnung. In südlichen Ländern muss man sich halt mit der ein oder anderen Ameise anfreunden. Personal absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein deutsches tv vorhanden, das ist etwas schade, wlan aber mit einzelnen Ausnahmen zuverlässig. Sonst ist alles da was man brauch, es darf aber kein Luxus erwartet werden. Das einfache, aber schöne italienische Leben :) uns gefällt es. Mietwagen ein Muss, da Anlage etwas abgelegen ist, was wir allerdings auch so wollten. Man hat wirklich seine Ruhe. Zum Strand und in die Stadt ca. 3 min Fahrzeit. Wer also ein ruhiges Apartment ohne großen schnick schnack sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Complesso residenziale a San Teodoro
Complesso di villette formate da tre appartamenti con giardino . Siamo stati qui alla fine di settembre e devo dire è andato tutto alla perfezione. Posizione tranquilla a 2 minuti di macchina dalla spiaggia La Cinta e dal centro di San Teodoro. Personale cortese e disponibile. Sicuramente consigliato.

Ruhige und saubere Appartements am Stadtrand
Am Stadtrand von San Teodoro (ST) gelegen, bieten die Appartements viel Ruhe. Der Check-In gestaltete sich sehr einfach, da ein Angestellter der Anlage Deutsch sprach. Nach kurzem Rundgang durch das Appartement wurden die Annehmlichkeiten wie Strände, Supermärkte und Restaurants von ST auf einer kleinen Karte erläutert. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir vom durchweg freundlichen Personal einen Fön und eine zweite Bettdecke. Die Innenstadt von ST erreicht man zwischen 20-30 Minuten zu Fuß. Unser Appartement war sauber und für 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Die Küche bietet eine typisch sardische Einrichtung mit dem Nötigsten an Besteck, Tellern und Töpfen. Bei größeren Kochvorhaben stößt man jedoch an seine Grenzen. Ebenso beim morgendlichen Kaffee. Mit der vorhandenen kleinen Mokkamaschine (die dazu schon sehr verbraucht aussah) wurden wir nicht glücklich, weshalb wir zu Instantkaffee greifen mussten. Beim Check-Out und der vom Personal ehrlich gemeinten Frage, wie das Appartement verbessert werden kann, kam dann auf, dass wir auf Nachfrage eine Filterkaffeemaschine an der Rezeption erhalten hätten können. Abzug gibt es hier nur für die oben genannte, etwas spärlich ausgestattete Küche und der größeren Entfernung zum Grill, den wir sonst evtl. auch mal benutzt hätten. Neben ausreichend Parkplätzen bietet diese Unterkunft aber ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
