Villa Brandinchi is a lovely property in Sardinia for rent with a magnificent seaview.

Enjoy maximum of privacy in this secluded retreat on the north-east of Sardinia.
The villa can accomodate up to 11 people.

The villa consists of 2 floors:
- ground floor has a spacious living area, kitchen, master double bedroom, wardrobe room, 1 bathroom;
- basement floor: a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with one single bed (an additional bed is possible in this room), two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a second kitchen and a sofa bed, 3 bathrooms, laundry.

Electricity and water should be paid separately at the end of the stay on consumption.

Extra services on request:

- linen (sheets and bathroom towels): 20 euro per person (to be booked in advance);
- beach towels: euro 8,00 per person one off;
- baby cot: euro 50,00 each one off;
- high chair: euro 50,00 each one off;
- Pets: euro 100,00 each one off.

Amazing View however lots of lost opportunities - the villa would require a complete turnaround
We’ve been at the Villa for 3 weeks. The view is stunning however doesn’t compensate the misses of what could be a perfect place if properly taken care of. The Villa requires lots of improvements to properly fit with the price paid for it. Lack of care in many things unfortunately impacted negatively most of our first week. Thanks to the support of the agency se basic effort was put in place to restore the basics. We strongly suggest better selection of clientele and alignment with the higher standards that other property around have. Siamo stati alla Villa per 3 settimane. La vista è spettacolare ma non compensa le mancanze di quello che potrebbe essere un posto perfetto se fosse mantenuto con adeguata cura. La Villa richiede migliorie significative per essere allineata al prezzo pagato per il soggiorno. La mancanza di cura in molte aree sfortunatamente ha impattato negativamente la maggior parte della nostra prima settimana di ferie. Grazie al supporto dell’agenzia alcune cose sono state ripristinate allo stato di base. Consigliamo vivamente una migliore selezione della clientela e allineamento agli standard di molte delle proprietà della zona.

Ruim huis met mooi uitzicht
Vakantiehuis op het terrein van een resort. Het huis is geschikt voor twee families. Het huis ziet er netjes uit, maar een upgrade van de voorzieningen is wenselijk. Eind oktober zijn alle voorzieningen op het resort gesloten.

Wunderschöne Villa mit herrlichem Blick auf die schönsten Strände Sardiniens
Noch schöner als auf den Bildern und in unmittelbarer Nähe von zahlreichen herrlichen Ständen. Pool, Garten und Terrasse ist wunderschön. Einzig die Küchenausrüstung ist spartanisch. Kommen gerne wieder.

Villa Brandinchi San Teodoro Herbst 2021
Die Villa hat eine aussergewöhnlich schöne Lage, ist gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene mit 1 Kleinbus und 5 Motorrädern. 10 Betten trifft jedoch nicht zu höchstens Platz für 9 Personen. 2 Betten waren im Rahmen gebrochen, hängten durch und der Geschirrspüler hat die ganzen 2 Wo nicht funktioniert, trotz Besuch eines Technikers. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
