Initially, this was just a stop-off point on our way back to Madrid, but we had such a good time, we stayed another night, and came back one week later with family. The small town made it easy to get around, and it was very peaceful, and quiet. Watching the bridge and sunset is relaxing, and it was nice to see the lights on both bridges at night -- very scenic! The menu items were sufficient to wind-down on the terrace at the end of the day. The cheerful staff spoke English and stored our picnic food in the kitchen fridge. Parking was on the street but we always found a spot within two blocks. We stayed in room # 311 and we liked the floor fan. Breakfast was good, and with the variety of items that included coffee, we felt it was a good deal.
