Villa Anemos Sole - San Vito Lo Capo with exclusive pool and jacuzzi

Villa Sole "Anemos" is a house that offers the possibility to spend beautiful holidays near beaches and enchanting landscapes; located in Makari 5 km from San Vito Lo Capo. Equipped with all comforts and very close to services (supermarkets, pharmacy, banks ..). The house is divided into two floors, ground floor and upper floor.
Ground floor: veranda that allows access to the house in the hall, equipped with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning; kitchen equipped with everything inside, bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the opposite side of the house there is a second veranda with a porch, outdoor table, garden and barbecue area with in addition an outdoor shower.
Upper floor: Sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms furnished with wardrobes, served by a bathroom with shower.

Casa in uno splendido posto e in posizione molto tranquilla
Abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 all' 11 luglio 2020. Si tratta di una casa in villetta a schiera in posizione fantastica con giardino curato, molto bella e confortevole, adatta a una famiglia grande come la nostra di 6 persone! Lo spazio esterno è ben organizzato con lavandino, barbecue, doccia esterna comodissima e un grande e largo tavolo in legno per cenare. L 'arredamento della casa è moderno e nuovo e curato nei particolari (anche se piatti e bicchieri erano contati e scarso il pentolame). Unico neo: nell' annuncio non era scritto nulla riguardo l'igienizzazione e la sanificazione dell'appartamento per il Covid-19 e immaginavamo ci fosse il trattamento da fare imposto dall' autorità sanitaria locale, ma........ Solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato l' intero importo abbiamo saputo telefonicamente che questa spesa di 70 euro era a nostro carico! (Al ceck-in ci è stato concesso un piccolo sconto)

PIÙ CASA CHE CASA VACANZE!
Casa molto confortevole e curata nei particolari. Dotata di tutti i confort e ubicata in buona posizione. A pochi km dal centro di San Vito ed i principali servizi, molto vicina alle splendide spiagge di baia Santa Margherita e Isulidda. Abbiamo una lunga esperienza di case vacanza e questa è sicuramente da consigliare.
