The own private garage with remote control offers security for your car or bikes. Or want to rent a scooter ? We help in any case and for any kind of request ! Sightseeing or eno-gastronomic tours ( wine tasting) can be arranged as well as an opera evening in the ARENA di Verona. Taxi service if needed. Starting 2025 we will offer also relaxing treatments for your body especially if you have scheletric or muscle problems. Tecnologically this villa is at the TOP: 55" smart-TV in the living room (a second one is to be installed in 2025 in the central sleeping room), A/C (centralised on the groundfloor/sleeping level), alarm system, safe, WIFI, printer with scan function for those who need to stay in contact with the office. Wonderful villa
What a wonderful villa with amazing views of the lake from pool, balcony and garden. A lovely place to spend time. Our host Renate was so helpful with advice about the area and even booked a table at a restaurant for us first night. Highly recommended.

We had the best time! The property was extremely well maintained! The villa is beautiful and CLEAN! Well appointed and the towels were wonderfully large! The children enjoyed the pool and yard - again well maintained. Our plan is to return! Staying at the villa made our trip to Italy pure joy. My three year old grandchild told me the morning we were leaving…”unpack nana we are staying longer”. Thank you Renate and your husband you are the best host!

Great and peaceful place
We had a very good and relaxing stay.🇮🇹 The house was, like the view from the terrace, gorgeous and big(: Everything was clean and sorted and on top of that we got another cleaning (house and pool) after a week. Renate was really caring about us and even brought us cake on our wedding anniversary.🎂 The communication was excellent with as well… we got many good advices and tips for activities👍.

Marvelous views
We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped residence. The house has all that you require and the views are even better than on the pictures advertised. Even from the private pool. Host is very attentive to your needs and enormously informative on “weather forecasts”, “where to eat” and “where to buy “, etc. It was a very relaxing and joyful stay.
