Superb villa with swimming pool, renovated and modern. The villa has a sea view on the ground floor and a beautiful sea view from upstairs. A real quiet rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops and activities. The rental is ideally located 2.7km from the beaches and shops, as well as 3.2km from the town center of Sanary. For your comfort, you can park your vehicle on the property. Free spaces are also available in front of the house gate if you have two vehicles. The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful air-conditioned living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. This entire space has been completely renovated and the kitchen is very well equipped. You can have your meals on the high table in the kitchen, or in the dining room. For the sleeping area, all the bedrooms are located upstairs. They all have central air conditioning. The first offers a double bed 160 x 200, the second a double bed 140 x 190 and the 3rd bedroom has single beds 90 x 190. For amenities, you have a new bathroom and toilet separate also located upstairs, as well as a second independent toilet on the ground floor. As for the exteriors, you can enjoy several pleasant terraces. The first, the paved courtyard in front of the house, has a ping pong table, to entertain young and old alike. On the side of the house, overlooking the swimming pool area and the paved courtyard, you will find a real pétanque court, ideal for wild family games. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary pleasant memories. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière and you can appreciate the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for the production of olive oil. We also recommend a walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the major markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
