About Villa Del Sol
Our home is a luxurious, custom-built, renovated home with high-end finishes and an amazing tropical yard is an entertainer's dream, ideal for large groups to get together and have a wonderful time. Villa del Sol is perfect for large families, sports teams, spring training, or work groups. Located in the heart of South Tempe, you'll have access to all the shopping, dining, and amenities you could ask for, with easy access to the I-10, 60, 101, and 202 freeways, the rest of the valley will be at your fingertips.
Outdoor offers a huge pool, half basketball court, putting green, outside dining area, gas grill and multiple patio loungers.
Inside you will enjoy the entertainment designated area with a pool table and a 75” TV, dinner seating for up to 12 guests, built-in stereo system, ultra fast gigabit internet and WiFi throughout the home, super comfortable mattresses / linens and TVs in bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a separate guest house.
Located minutes to Sprouts grocery store, 15-minute drive to the Sky Harbor Airport, 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale dining and shopping area, and 25 minutes to major events like the Barrett Jackson or Phoenix Open.

The space
The backyard is your private, gated, resort waiting to be enjoyed. You or your loved ones can enjoy a game of basketball or mini-golf. The fun continues with a swim in a true pool with diving board and a swim up grotto beneath the rock waterfall feature. Cool in the summer and HEATED (from April 1 to October 31) to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, the winter the pool is your perfect relaxation spot.
Side note. Our pool is big (2-3x the normal residential size pool) and our equipment is not capable of heating up during the Winter months (from November 1 to March 31) without a pool cover. Since we don't offer a pool cover for guests, heating is turned off during the Winter months.
Summer is hot in Arizona please be mindful of the temperature and always wear sunblock! Most importantly, always watch your children around water.
The garage is extra-large so there is space for 2 cars and RV parking on the outside, and space for several more vehicles in the driveway.
Enjoy year-round barbeques cooking in the grill that overlooks the pool. The spacious covered patio is perfect for dining, entertaining or relaxation.
Villa del Sol is a 5,440 sq feet high end home furnished resort style rental. This is a gem in paradise! Inside the house you can enjoy a game of pool while relaxing close to the kitchen. Equipped with sound system speakers throughout the house that are accessible directly from any smartphone (via YouTube Music and Spotify) and with high speed (gigabit) internet. Premium YouTube (no ads), YouTubeTV with 80+ channels (sports, news, local channels, etc), and YouTube Music entertainment is always at your fingertips. The house offers some board games for the young ones and not so young ones of the group. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and starter set of coffee.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main house and property with the exception of the one car garage on the far end of the house and any locked areas.
Other things to note
• The swimming pool is not gated.
• Children must be watched at all times and rules followed at all times as well.
• There are some cameras on the property, but NO cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
• Guests are restricted from having any parties or smoking in or near the home. Absolutely No Parties with outside groups or individuals. City of Phoenix Ordinance G-5444, Chapter 2, Article 1, Division 5, Section 2-22 Police Responses to Loud Parties, Gatherings and Events. There are no “allowable” times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be assessed a fee of $1500.00 and evicted with no refund.
• Pool is heated from April 1 to October 31 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit (at no additional cost).
• The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must show ID.
• Check-in is at 5 PM and Check-out is at 11AM Arizona Time. Just as you will receive a professionally cleaned home when you arrive, we need time to ensure the satisfaction of every guest so we appreciate you checking out in a timely manner. If you wish to stay longer or arrive earlier contact us to see if there is a possibility and to inquire about the fee. There is a fee of up to a night's stay or more for late check out or early check in as problems may be caused to us by this act.
