The property did not hold up to other Hiltons that I have stayed in before. There was a definite lack of polish. One elevator was broken, the pool was out of service, there was mud in the stairwell for the entirety of my stay, and the snack bar was half filled. On my hall there were bleach stains on the carpet and peeling wallpaper. I missed a day of room service (the front staff said that they only come every other day but there was no note to that effect and I did get service two days in a row so I don't believe that was accurate - I believe the room was just skipped.) When I did get room service, they only replaced towels and made the bed - they did not refill coffee bar or replace the coffee cups for in room coffee. All of these obviously are first world problems - and the front desk staff were friendly and did replace items for me when I asked, but this property certainly did not live up to the otherwise stellar reputation of a Hilton. It was more like a run of the mill roadside Holiday Inn at best.
