Owner never contacted us with check in orocedures
Owner did not respond with check in procedures. Used the online help and VRBO tried to contact the owner as well. We were in another country in the dark without a place to stay. What a terrible night I do not wish on anyone. VRBO did refund our money. A few days later I get a text saying our reservation was cancelled due to under age. We are 63 and 64.

CAREFUL! This listing does not exist
Our taxi driver Noel knew where to arrive based on GPS and he used to live near the area. He was unable to find the location and even asked around to make sure. He was able to locate the street but no house number. We called and texted the host in advance during our search. We never received a response. Vrbo also wasn't able to get a response from the host either. We had to get our own hotel that night. Once Noel dropped us off to a safer area he said he was worried for us to stay in Sandy Grounds-not a safe place to stay. Vrbo did not respond to our complain until the credit card company contacted them. We then heard back a week later. rating on cleanliness needs to be zero unable to rate

The address provided is not the correct address. Our taxi driver helped straighten the mess out, thankfully. The property kept losing water throughout the evening. This was the entire French side of St Martin not just a property issue. The host was nice but the confusion did not make an overnight trip worth while. If you were staying for a week or more and had a car then yes stay there.
