We got to the property at midnight. We booked through a third party, but the payment didn’t not link up with our stay. The man working the front desk said we would have to fix by morning or, his exact words, be kicked out of the room. We went to our room, called the third party, and was on hold off an on for an hour. Finally the third party said the problem was the front desk of the hotel would NOT answer. So, they couldn’t verify that the payment went through. I went to the front desk, he was sitting there next to the ringing phone. I told him to please pick up and verify so he wouldn’t kick me out!!! My mother in law was booked at the same hotel. Her air conditioning unit caught fire. She was unharmed, but moved to a room where the lamps didn’t work and the remote would not work either!! This was my first and last time at a Best Western!!!

My softball team has been staying there for about 10 years now. The motel is definitely in need of remodeling as it is starting to look run down. The bathroom fixtures and room lamps were very old and needs replacing.

It was most likely the worst nights sleep I have ever had. There was a noise in our room and you would hear it every 30 or so seconds and it kept us all up all night.

We arrived at about 10.45pm to find that the payment from yourselves was not correct and we couldn’t get into a room. I had to call Expedia with my booking details although everyone was helpful I was not impressed that we couldn’t get a room sorted until nearly midnight

When we walked into the room, it smelled moldy and humid. I immediately lowered the AC to make smell go away. When we walked into the bathroom, we noticed mold in the shower, the shower was broken. The nod to turn from hot to cold was broken and kept turning. The tub spout was broken and the whole thing would come off. It was horrible. We talked to our friends who were also on the trip and all of their rooms had something wrong with it as well. Also, the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t switch to different rooms. Terrible experience, won’t be coming back.
