Lovely hotel in stunning remote location. Decor and furnishings of high quality. Great outdoor pool. Helpful, friendly staff. Really Good breakfast. Evening meal was mediocre. we would happily come here again.

Near the Black Forest
This hotel is almost in the Black Forest. The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The room has a decent layout but the beds are extremely hard. Beautiful surrounding area.

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto knapp 5 Min. von St. Georgen. Sevice und Essen sehr gut. Wellness gut bis sehr gut. Das Hotel hat genau unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Belles installations : grotte de sel, hamam...Sauna un peu petit (pour 4 personnes). Tout est propice à l'intimité à l'inverse d hotel "de masse". Manque un jacuzzi. Endroit très calme. Restaurant agréable. Pas de réseau pour tel portable mais wii fi qui compense.

Einfach nur peinlich.
Ich bin Außendienstler seit 20 Jahren. Dieses Hotel gehört zu den peinlichsten, den ich begegnete. Wer auf diesen Betten schlafen kann, kann auch auf einer Decke in der Bahnhofshalle schlafen. Die Matratzen sind nicht nur hart, sondern gesundheitsschädlich. Genauso wie andere Hotelgäste konnte auch ich nicht schlafen. Der Hoteldirektor bemühte sich in peinlichen Ausreden. In Hotels würden Matratzen schneller durchgelegen, daher würden sie härtere Matrazten kaufen. Und das erzählt er einem Kunden, der ihm 100€ pro Übernachtung zahlt. Er redet sich um Kopf und Kragen und merkt es nicht mal. Der Direktor wäre gut beraten, wenn er dieses Hotel nie verlässt, denn kein anderes Hotel würde diesem Mann auch nur eine annähernd hohe Position anbieten. Desweiteren ist das Hotel ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder sind aufgearbeitet. Wer sich auf neue Möbeln mit leuchtenden Farben einstellt, wird bitter enttäuscht sein. Nachfolgend ein paar Beispiele: Wassertemperatur lässt sich kaum regeln, mehrere Einrichtungen im Wellness Bereich defekt und außer Betrieb, Fliesen und Fugen stellenweise ersetzt, die farblichen Unterschiede sind grauenhaft etc. Ich frage mich, wer diesem Hotel solch positive Bewertungen vergibt und hege ernsthafte Zweifel, ob hier nicht nachgeholfen wurde. 60€ incl. Frühstück, mehr ist dieses Hotel nicht wert. Ich rate jedem dringend ein anderes Hotel aufzusuchen. Ignorieren sie meinen Ratschlag. Das machen sie aber auch nur einmal.

Genau, was wir gesucht haben: Kleineres Hotel inmitten der Natur, sehr ruhige Lage. Aufmerksames, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Im schönen, grossen, hellen und vor allem sehr sauberen Zimmer haen wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das bequeme, grosse Bett haben wir geschätzt. Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet und gute Karte für Nachtessen /schöner SPA-Bereich, doch leider hat während unserem Aufenthalt nicht alles funktioniert, sodass Dampf- und Salzgrotte nicht genutzt werden konnten, auch der Wirhlpool war ausser Betrieb. Dennoch haben wir die Zeit im SPA sowie den gesamten Aufenthalt genossen.
