The hotel is on the last floor of an office building in the middle of the center. Shops and cinema are very nearby.
Being an office building, there's no reception so you have to call a mobile number before entering and they will tell you to go to the 4th floor (3 floors by elevator, last floor on foot) and what room has been assigned to you (the keys are in the door, so anyone can enter). Initially I thought someone was coming to hand me over the keys and waiting 10 minutes after the first phone call. I called again and only then I was told the above procedure. Very stupid.
The room itself is brand new, with good forniture, air-conditioning (although mine quit during the night, leaving the room steamy hot) and a good shower. Bed was great, very nice. Big screen TV on the wall, very nice indeed.
Besides not having a reception, the noise from other people entering and leaving the adjacent rooms is terrible; in my case a foreign couple arrived at 23.45 and the owner had to check them in with as much as noise possible. Another couple apparently had a great night out and continued the party in the room next door, complete with music and lots of laughter. You can hear every syllable.
Breakfast was included in the price and in the room there was the instruction to get your breakfast at the bar below the hotel. Great! Except the bar was closed when I left the room at 07.15.
Nice room, but never again.
