Villa Montecristo | Pool & Wifi free | For 12 people 5 Min to Ibiza
Great villa for vacation rental, for 12 people very well located near the city of Ibiza, trendy nightclubs, Playa den`Bossa, and that enjoys an open space and fully equipped for groups in the town of San Rafael, in the area from Montecristo. There is a commercial area, with supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant etc. at a distance of about 300 meters, to which we can easily walk. Because of its location, we have access to any part of the island, since San Rafael is in the center. The beautiful villa has air conditioning in most rooms, with a main living room and interior kitchen in the house, in addition to an outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue, next to the pool, which allows us to enjoy the outdoors most of the weather. The rooms are distributed on both floors, which gives us some independence. We have 6 rooms, 3 with double beds, and 3 with single beds. We have several separate chill out areas and terraces. Parking for several cars.The house is completely fenced. It has Wiffi and safes. It is a perfect option to spend your holidays with friends or with family.

Deze woning is in uitermate slechte staat ! Vol ongedierte en weinig dat nog goed werkt !
We hebben deze woning met verschillende mensen gedeeld en zijn het het allemaal eens dat deze woning in uitermate vieze en slechte staat bevind ! Vele onder ons staan vol beten van ongedierten en dergelijke ! De lakens handdoeken ,zwembad ,kussens beschimmeld ! Ook de ligging is niet idiaal zeer moeilijk te vinden voor de taxi’s !
