Doesn’t look like the pictures. Doesn’t even have hair conditioner in the room. It’s almost like a 23 star. The keys kept not working my original room. It was dirty. The room is very old looking.

Great staff. Windows didn’t close properly so it was a bit noisy at night as Diagonal is a busy road. Bathroom: couldn’t turn light on without bothering partner as obscured glazing gives privacy but not darkness. Really comfy bed and nice linen and towels. Lots of storage. We liked the bar but a bit pricey compared to nearby bars. Would stay again as felt v safe. No English speaking channels except CNN

A nice quiet hotel just steps away from public transit and the hustle and bustle of central Barcelona. The included buffet breakfast was excellent with far more options than ever imagined. Staff were very friendly and helpful with requests including directions.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was very early, as we had to disembark from our ship. The hotel was so accomodating and said we could get into our room, in spite of being hours ahead of check in. They even offered us breakfast if we wanted. They were amazing! Room very spacious and clean, quiet and comfortable. Thank you we would definitely recommend and stay there again. Very convenient to everywhere, as well.
