Finca Son Barbot by Homevillas360

This exceptional historic natural stone finca in the centre of the island for 10 people is located between Sant Llorenz des Cardassar and Artà. It is distributed over approx. 450 m2 and two floors. The house has a living room, a large kitchen, a dining room and 5 bedrooms.

The interior is stylish and sophisticated and has been thought through down to the smallest detail. The windows and patio doors allow plenty of light into the villa.
The main entrance leads into a small entrance hall, from which two bedrooms, a bathroom en suite and a separate bathroom can be accessed on the left.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with a 150 cm wide double bed and the other with two 90 cm wide single beds. To the right of the entrance is another foyer that leads to the living area, a separate kitchen and the staircase to the first floor.
The first floor is divided into three bedrooms, a living room with a pool table and a spacious bathroom. Two bedrooms have two beds of 90 cm each and the other bedroom has a 180 cm wide bed and a walk-in wardrobe. A small passageway leads to a romantic terrace with a view of the beautiful landscape and the pool.
The living area on the ground floor offers plenty of space for family gatherings and entertaining evenings as well as access to the garden and the 12 x 6 metre pool. There is a large covered terrace with a large dining table and an outdoor kitchen right by the large pool. There is also a small toilet in this area.

Numerous sun loungers and a green area surround the large pool. Two steps behind it, at the rear entrance, is the barbecue area. In this natural area there is a water pond, numerous private seating areas surrounded by fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and palm trees. On the other side of the pool you will find a table tennis table and a tennis court. To give you a taste of authentic country life, there are sheep and a few chickens at the back of the property.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

The charming village of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar on Mallorca is a picturesque destination, surrounded by hills and full of authenticity, which is embodied by its inhabitants. A particular highlight of the village is the Via Romantica, a road that runs through Sant Llorenç and reflects the romance and beauty of the place.

Every Saturday, the village is transformed into a hive of activity when the weekly market takes place. Here, visitors can discover fresh fruit and vegetables, local handicrafts and many other treasures. This market is not only a place of trade, but also a social meeting point that strengthens the sense of community.

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is also a paradise for cyclists. The surrounding countryside, with its rolling hills and charming paths, is ideal for long bike rides where you can experience the beauty of nature up close.

The famous village of Artà is just a short drive away. Artà is known for its impressive old town, which enchants visitors with its narrow streets and historic buildings. Also nearby are the long, inviting beaches of Cala Millor, which are perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. The second largest town of Manacor is also just a few minutes' drive from the holiday home.
