The duplex apartment of 81m2 is in the center of the beautiful Maresme coastal town of Sant Pol de Mar only 200m from the beach, 5min from the train station and 65km from Barcelona Airport with direct SAGALES bus. It is distributed on two floors with views of the town and the quiet street from the terrace. On the lower floor there is a dining room, kitchen, living room with a sofa bed for two guests and a toilet, while on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, 2 full bathrooms with a shower and a laundry area. It has kitchenware, washer/dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the same apartment from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed. Ee will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
