Look forward to a wonderful vacation in this spacious and beautifully furnished villa in Sant'Oreste. The five bedrooms offer enough space for up to nine guests. Outside, a saltwater pool with counter-current and a spa mini-pool heated with thermal water are at your disposal in the middle of a large private garden with gazebo, ideal for a vacation surrounded by nature. Within the complex there are red sand tennis courts. To prepare excellent meals, you will find an electric grill in the outdoor area.

The convenient location of the house offers numerous tourist attractions: Visit "The Eternal City" Rome or Calcata.

Two dogs live on the property.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor private pool on site is open June - end September.
