MOLD PROBLEM and NO AC in all rooms. They put us in 3 different rooms but they all have the same problem. We ended up leaving the hotel at midnight due to severe eye and skin allergy from the mold.

Typically Embassy Suites is higher end place. This one is worn out. the parking lot was occupied by gardeners trucks and roped off. The smell of the lobby and the room was musty and dank. All the funiture in the lobby and room was outdated and worn to threads, the room lighting was dark and old style lamps. The room phone was out of order. The shower curtain was torn and hanging by pieces. The front desk only 1 person was so over loaded, with phones ringing and a line at all times of day. She would answer the phone and say please hold over and over. The calls and line were guests who were having problems in rooms. They take a $200 deposit credit charge even for a long time Hilton Honors person. To top it off there is no air conditioning. Desk person said something about a water cooler shut down, but the room thermostate only has a Heat setting, no cooling setting, ie. no AC in Southern California.... very bad sweaty night, never going back.

Breakfast was good; however, coffee was not available after breakfast hours. The pool, fitness area and lobby were nice, and the in-room safe was useful. The black-out curtains were good; however, the room smelled very moldy and felt humid like a sauna. The phone did not work. Housekeeping left the room door ajar (it was open when we returned late in the evening after being out all day). Ice machine did not work on our floor. Elevators on one end of the lobby were not working. Had to get a “do not disturb” door hanger from the front desk (did not see any of these on other doors so assume they were not provided unless requested). One of the electrical outlets did not have a cover on it. Our van actually got hit overnight in the paid parking lot area and had a huge dent in the bumper. Not the best experience overall for the price and we travel quite a lot so feel comfortable with our evaluation. It is likely there are better choices.

The building was old and in desperate need of a remodel. I attended a two-day class here, and at one point during the class, a portion of the ceiling started to leak and had water dripping directly onto one of the attendees, we had to stop the class to get hotel maintenance to come and fix it. There was no restaurant onsite, and the were limited nearby places to eat. The room I stayed in was outdated and had a strong smell of mildew. The walls are thin, you can hear neighbor next door and above. The carpets and furniture were old, the bathroom floor was dirty, shower curtains were stained, shower drain was broken, the ac/heater did not work properly. Overall, was a disappointing stay.

Phone didnt work in room. They came up to check it and basically said im out of luck. Getting out of parking lot was a nightmare as the key to lift the arm was never working. Security Guard had to help us get out of parking lot. Elevator buttons didnt work as they should.

I’m not someone who usually writes reviews….but I felt it was really needed. Nothing works at this hotel. It’s beautiful on the outside, but it all goes downhill once you step inside your room. Elevator sometimes works. WiFi doesn’t work properly. Heater doesn’t work- had to layer on clothing every night. Bathroom is disgusting, needs renovating-messed up tub floor and toilet, mold on door knobs. Fire alarm battery was dead and would randomly ding, phone also did the same. I was put in a room sitting right by the highway even though I asked to get something more quiet. Gate outside wouldn’t open with the card that I was given to get me out of the parking lot. Moldy and unclean, I felt grossed out sleeping here! Urgh wish it was a different experience :(

When we arrived they had gave our room that i paid for. They didnt have pillows or blankets for the extra beds. The only good thing they did give us an extra room. No sheets no pillows for the pull out bed. Heaters didnt work. Balcony doors didnt close ad bathroom trash was full. Other then that was ok. Breakfast was okay.

Rooms are a bit dated. The size is great but the room smelled moldy. Also only one elevator worked at the time so it took forever to get out of the hotel. Staff is super nice. Lobby is nice.
