This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had. The owner was terrible and rude as hell. I was so upset by the time I left this place. All around terrible. It was also disgusting. The bed was turned upside down to cover blood and god knows what else. Just terrible.

Please take my advice this place is not for decent people specially when traveling with you lovely family. I booked for 2 night hardly sleep for 3 hrs. and we left this place and my 2nd night in other better place I don't care for money back. Management very annoying very dirty room, shower and toilet. Only 2 queen beds, 2 old chairs tiny table and nothing else no even a telephone unit and night stands, sorry but this was my experience in Santa Travel Inn.

bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on with only 2 small pillows. didn't have any toilet paper or any towels. also said in description that their was a refrigerator and their definitely wasn't so I had to throw out food. also water pressure in shower was awful would definitely like some compensation or a refund cause that was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel

Room was clean, Bed was very good, Management was pleasant. I did not find shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but may have been available at the front desk (I brought my own). There were plenty of clean towels and housekeeping is very good. I would recommend this place as a nice place to stay at and it is conveniently located to the museums (Bower Museum is across the street), etc.
