In general this hotel is good, except 2 things I don’t like; they charged for parking $7/day and the nose of machines is too loud during the whole night (the furniture and refrigerator)

Poor customer service and cleanliness.
Front desk clerk was not customer service oriented. Would not allow guest to use lobby bathroom and had to walk a block to go to the bathroom. Won’t stay there again due to staff not accommodating to needs of customers.

Overall, this was a decent value hotel. The lobby and hallways have a very strong odor, but the room was very clean, if not old. I did have issues with my allergies due to the heavy use of fragrances in the public spaces to mask the other odor.
