So Comfortable and Quiet

We loved this cozy apartment with its sunny exposure, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. It had everything we needed and we hated to leave. Loved being within walking distance to the wharf and some excellent restaurants. We will be back!

Great stay in Santa Barbara

After a 7 day road trip we were looking for somewhere to relax and not have to drive anywhere!This apartment was perfect for that. Nice sunny balcony with grill, easy walking to beach,Stern Wharf, the harbour and the Funk Zone!At these places there were plenty of bars, restaurants and winery's to choose from.We really enjoyed our stay!!

My husband and I could not be more impressed with this adorable and affirdable apartment. The building is beautiful and very easy to find. If you head one way you're at the beach within minutes. Walk the other way and you find yhe Funk Zone. the Funk Zone

Cute apartment in West Beach

This is a wonderful place for a trip to Santa Barbara. The apartment is very clean and well appointed with amenities making for a very comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet area of West Beach with easy walking distance to the beach, the funk zone, and shops and restaurants. There is even a few small grocery stores around the corner to grab snacks and staples. But everything in Santa Barbara is just a quick drive away. Such a wonderful city to explore! I would definitely return!

Perfect location perfect vacation

Everything you need in a cozy apartment space. Very accessible to Restaurants and beach. Good directions and suggestions for activities and access. Apartment was a little dated needed a bit a a refresh but comfortable. Painters were there the entire time and we needed to know this beforehand. They were parked in our spot a couple of times, and they were working in and around the unit. Generally we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable 1-bedroom apartment. Nicely appointed. Kitchen met our needs. Comfortable bed. Great little outside deck. Parking was fine for us but lot might be challenging for big vehicles when building/lot is full. Owner responsive when we needed something.

Great Santa Barbara Charm

What a great find! Location was excellent for walking to the harbor, beach, shops and restaurants. Very charming old building with updated and renovated units with character and personality. Bedroom was quiet and dark for great sleeping, on a super comfy bed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, new appliances, and even a gas Weber grill on the deck. The furniture was comfortable and they even had fans. We had a great stay and would return!

Perfect Condo for a Couple

Wonderful time in Santa Barbara. Condo unit was as advertised. Very clean, very comfortable, perfect for a couple. Location was perfect, we parked the car and walked to the beach, restaurants, etc. Neighborhood is quiet. The patio and lounge chairs are very nice and relaxing. Fabulous location and apartment

We have stayed in this apartment before and we were very happy to return for a 10 night stay. Excellent location and the apartment is very comfortable. I like to read a book on the sun lounges and although the weather was a bit chilly it was warm in the sun. Easy flat walk to the shopping area in State street and very close and quick walk to the beach. The bedroom has block out curtains and the bed is extremely comfortable. Highly reccommend

great sopt for your Santa Barbara visit!

Great location just a couple blocks to the beach and very shot walk to to pier. Love the big, rambling yellow house with this unit on the second floor ( and the fun balcony ! ) Everything is just right, with lovely decor, a big comfy bed, plenty of closet space, etc. A perfect spot of a couple's getaway - so glad we chose this place!

Overall we really liked our stay. The furniture and fixtures were clean and comfortable and well suited to the property. We have two comments regarding what might improve the property The front hallway closet had a musty smell, which was off putting when we first entered. Also, as we are from the midwest, we were not used to the softened water. Lastly, there were a few ants in both the kitchen and bathroom.
