The property is very nice but in a sad state of upkeep, maintenance and landscaping. In my room the bathroom faucet would move when trying to turn on the water. The sink filled fast and took 15 minutes to drain after shaving. The Jacuzzi tub mechanicals didn’t work but it filled and drained well. I went out to the front patio for breakfast and it badly needed landscape and basic cleanup work out there. Location is excellent and the AC in the room worked very well while I was there. I enjoyed using the Pool area and outdoor hot tub that seemed to be well cared for out there in the back.

I stayed here two years ago with my mom and it was very sweet and quaint and now it’s just rundown and dirty. The beds are uncomfortable. The Jets in the bathtub don’t work and it’s just not a very nice place to stay.

This hotel is shabby but not chic. The best thing about it is its location to The Libby Bowl. Needs to be upgraded. And very expensive.
It wouldn’t have cost more than $30 to replace the toilet seat.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to the center of the tiwn and very walkable. However, the stay was disappointing. The upholstery was dirty, and the front desk staff were inconsistent—helpful at times, but also confusing. I checked out with no issues, but later found an unknown charge on my credit card. Despite repeated attempts, I haven’t been able to reach the hotel, as they only offer voicemail and haven’t returned my calls. The room had an unsettling vibe, with a jacuzzi next to the bed and mirrors everywhere. Definitely not a place I’d bring family or children. While the location is a plus, the lack of cleanliness, extra charges, and the creepy room setup make it hard to recommend.
