Room was subpar. Little living room with sink and mini fridge. Except the mini fridge did not work. The sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain. The air conditioning was either not working or not very powerful. Best part about the stay was the morning breakfast that was made to your liking vs continental. The orange juice was really watered down but the breakfast was still good. Front office staff was nice and helpful

This property appeared old, rundown, and poorly maintained. The carpet was stained and looked disgusting. The tile in the bathroom looked like it needed replacing. Gross black spots on the sheets. Room smelled like smoke. Stains on the couch. Random patching and caulk work. Very disappointing for the price paid and not what is expected from the Embassy Suites brand.

It was obvious that the room had not been used for some time. The stale smell hit us as soon as we entered the room. Even with leaving the window open the whole time it did not help. Also, there are no stairs down to the ground floor in any convenient place, nor did there appear to be any handicap accessible way to navigate the property. Elevator at one end only! Breakfast good.

Ok for a night
We have stayed in many different embassy suites locations and loved them but this was one of their not so good. Reasonable price for a Saturday night, room very clean and nice, bed comfortable, breakfast very good and plenty of it, we made the evening drinks and snacks by a few minutes. Two huge glasses of wine each and snacks. Receptionist upon checking in was lacking in personality and smiles!! Not much going on in the area and nowhere really to eat. It was a stopover for one night for us and that was ok. Our room was above reception and facing the Main Street and car park, not the most quiet. Overall I would still stay in an embassy suites just not in Lompoc
