This is an old motel 6. Some items have been upgraded, some have not. The room has a smell and smoking outside rooms drifts into your room. The noise from other guests outside their rooms or in the parking lot annoyed us for most of the night.

Basically perfect. The house was very clean and modernly decorated. Exceeded expectations in a good way. Rather unfortunate to be woken up at 6am by peculiar sounds within the walls (like mowing and liquid flow)

Everything was great with the exception of a very dirty floor upon check-in; botoom of socks were black. And the pool hadn't been cleaned in some time.
