The room smelt like rotting fish and we got pink eye from the sheets/pillows. We have stayed here once before and had a nice experience, but we won’t be returning. Also, the rooms are too small for a family of three.

One of our favorite stays from our California road trip and we were only here for one night. With out a doubt coming back and spending way more time here. Amazing front desk staff and with a less than 2 minute walk to the beach, I couldn’t had asked for a better stay on the Cali trip.

Room was generally clean - shower glass door and around the sink had residue spots from previous guest. Nice Dove bathroom/shower products. Had to borrow an iron and ironing board from the office, not provided in room. Strict check-in & out times. Plenty of parking.Great location next to beach in quiet area. Allows dogs and has a very small dog potty area with pop bags provided. Ice machine was out of service.

Walking distance to the beach and waterfront park. The rooms were very clean and cute. I was surprised to find out this is the original Motel 6! How awesome! It looked to have been recently renovated. Small pool to hang out was also nice.

Absolutely outstanding stay! I’m picky and wasn’t sure about a Motel 6, but it was the best stay of our extended trip to all of CA. The location, within walking distance to the beach, like a block away, was fantastic! The room is updated, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. I felt very safe too. Great quick service too. Highly recommend!
