Had to wait 15 minutes for check in as a clerk wasn’t available. The toilet was dirty and there was paint tape on the ceiling from touch up. No working ice machine. Clerk not available for check out. Will never stay at another RRI.

The staff person at check-in was very friendly, but it was downhill after that. The walls are very thin, so we were able to hear our neighbor's conversations, when they used the water, used the hair dryer, and so on. Despite being in the back of the building, street noise was also noticeable. Our neighbor apparently stayed up all night, and we had to repeatedly let them know that they were playing their music too loud (it more than drowned out the tv in our room). They also had people coming and going throughout the night, slamming the door each time someone came or went. We checked out after 7am, but there was no one at the front desk. There was a bell to ring, but no one responded to it. There was also a phone number to call, but when called, it rang a number of times and disconnected. We had to simply leave the key in the room. This is not a place we will stay at again.

Guy at the front desk was lovely and had great customer service. The water in the shower took a while for it to go and the blow dryer didn't work. Other than that everything was good.

They didn’t towels, and the only towels was so dirty, the bedroom was stinky, floors and pillowcases were dirty. I couldn’t sleep well for the bad smell. Terrible

WORST PLACE TO STAY
Worse hotel we have ever stayed. The room was not clean, looks like they just came in to change the sheet and left and they were not even made properly. They gave us one towel for two guests, not even one hand towel and one bath towel, no jus one towel for two and it did not look clean. Shower did not look clean. Extremally noisy, there was loud music playing at midnight. To not mentioned someone tried to open our door around 12:30 – 1:00 am. We were not given the room we booked. Overall, hotel look nothing like the pictures.

Disgusting room cockroaches in room and blood on the lamp shade. A prostitution a d/or drug deal went down outside the door ( which wouldnt deadbolt). Called to complain. Spoke to manager Bina and was told i would be gettung a refund. 5 days later still waiting

They need to do massively better about the cleaning of the rooms. Just because its cost effective doesnt mean that they should slack in the needed areas. Like hiring better housekeepers, or room check to make sure the room is actually clean.
