We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to come home at the end of a day of visiting to freshly made beds and clean towels. Something that is lacking is an outdoor area to sit and have breakfast. The breakfast room is a bit stuffy, loud and crowded when the hotel is full. Nonetheless, the continental breakfast is quite generous and filling. Sorry that they ran out of muffins, fruit and yogurt by Saturday. I would also have liked the pool area open earlier than 9:00. Lastly, should you leave your room and forget the key inside it is really a hassle to get another key if you’re not on the reservation. My husband felt very uncomfortable having to prove that he was staying in the room when he went to the hot tub and realized he had left his key inside the room. In the future, it’s important that everyone’s name be on the reservation.

Overall , it’s good. Quiet room way in the back . Enjoyed the green mountain coffee in the room . Loved the croissant and cream cheese at breakfast. Used the gym . Close to every place we need to go . Great restaurants around and shops .

This hotel needs a little love. It’s dated and very very basic. Thin walls, old beds, and free breakfast is just some bad coffee and stale bread products. It’s your basic motel . Don’t expect anything more.

One of the worst interactions I have ever encountered at a hotel. I stayed for five nights, I called the evening of the fourth night to extend an additional night, telling the nice gentleman that I would pay in the morning for the additional night, When I arrived the insolent clerk said that they were fully booked and it did not matter what the man told me, without money I had no room. I had to plead with her to check the records. She finally located my reservation and gave me an evil death stare, no apology, nothing. I mentioned that I had twice told them that there was no light in the bathroom, to no avail and that she had the worst attitude I had ever encountered. She continued to try to use some Vulcan death gaze but I left. Rest of the people working there were fine but this girl had definite issues.
