The hotel itself is clean and generally well maintained. However, the manager’s behavior significantly impacted our experience.
Our crew has stayed at this hotel multiple times while working nearby, but on several occasions we had very unpleasant interactions with the manager, Sean. He was consistently rude, unaccommodating, and unprofessional, showing little appreciation for returning guests.
During one stay in a two-bedroom family unit booked for two people, he refused to allow check-in unless both guests were physically present. One guest was still at the job site, which was clearly explained, yet he insisted the other wait and even suggested that if we were unhappy, we should find another hotel.
His communication style was dismissive and disrespectful, and his lack of basic customer service and social skills reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management. While the property itself is decent, the management experience makes it difficult to recommend staying here again.
