We only stayed 1 day but we had no friendly welcome. 1st: we were asked if we had a reservation. They were not welcoming we got there. 2nd: I was asked 1st floor or second and I answered 1st. Not thinking i would get a handicap room. 3rd: It smelled musty. Thank goodness i brought a candle. 4th: We turned on the air because I was hot and ohhh boy it hasn't been turned on in a bit. Oh I forgot. 5th: They were booked full so we could only have 1 car. I met my husband there so i had 2 car so we had to park in a different parking place. Was not told we could only have 1 car. I will never stay here again. Who wants to spend 170 for a Sunday night and get what we got. I felt dirty even after I took a shower. The carpet needed cleaning Oh and the holder for the shower was broken. I haved stayed in different places but never here again.

This was one of least pricey places in santa barbara so don’t expect a lot and u won’t be disappointed because it is quiet, has breakfast, free parking and walkable to restaurants and shops. That said room 212 needs new carpet (icky feelimg and ground down) and a good cleaning of toilet room. The second bedroom in family room is a bit dingey. But overall best bet for affordable vacation.
