The Beach Getaway features a harmonious blend of Spanish and Santa Barbara styles, with luxurious 10-foot vaulted ceilings, a private courtyard, and a romantic Waterford fireplace. Nestled in the picturesque West Beach Area, our building is just a stone's throw from the ocean, Stearns Wharf, the vibrant Funk Zone, acclaimed dining and downtown shops.

During your stay, you’ll be lavished with all the amenities expected as part of a beautiful getaway: complimentary champagne upon arrival, bath essentials, high-end linens, private washer &dryer, Nespresso machine complete with pods, creams and sugar as well as reserved parking which is rare in such close proximity to the beach.

The sparkling open and fully equipped kitchen was designed with high quality construction, including granite countertops, hardwood floors and custom cabinets, and all modern conveniences: Refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer and dryer. Its granite counter tops include a dining area for 4.

The cozy living room is a lovely gathering area with hardwood floors, Waterford fireplace and 46” HD TV to enhance its ambiance.

There is a queen bedroom and king bedroom, each complemented with accompanying full bathrooms. The queen bedroom opens into a private terrace and provides an additional entrance through the polished, front lawn.

The living space features French glass doors which open into the private patio. Indulge in the magic of Mediterranean-like weather in this charming outdoor space, which offers a gas grill, chaise lounge seating, and bistro set -- perfect for dining alfresco and basking in the Santa Barbara sun.

Our luxury beach getaways —in the Historical West Beach area— reside in a historical turn of the century building which retains the charm of the day’s bygone. The building has been lovingly restored to reflect Santa Barbara's ambiance, its array of apartments revealing both romantic and European styles. Our various spaces are complemented by luxurious details from Carrera marble surfaces, hand cast plaster, 10 feet vaulted ceilings and Waterford fireplaces.

Located in the heart of Santa Barbara, you’ll be steps from the beach and mere blocks from the vibrant Funk Zone, Stearn’s Wharf and harbor, as well as world renowned dining and downtown shops, including the Public Market and our own local farmer’s market. The benefit of nearby bike rental shops and the downtown Amtrak station allows for easy transportation. As you’ll be located downtown, beautiful shops and restaurants lining State Street and nearby beaches and gardens are perfect for unwinding, whereas, nearby Channel Islands and wine country prompt adventurous day trips.
